CBCHS provides a wide range of services to support healthy living, general wellbeing and social connection. These include specialist medical services, dental and allied health, nursing and counselling services, as well as aged care social supports and disability services.

Our services are available to everyone, however priority access is given to people with the greatest risk of poor health outcomes and the greatest economic and social need.

A not-for-profit organisation funded by State and Commonwealth Governments, we provide low cost services for Health Care and Pension Card Holders. We are a registered provider of NDIS and My Aged Care Services.

Based in the City of Kingston, our main site is located in Parkdale. We also offer programs and services from other venues in Chelsea, Clarinda, Mentone, Cheltenham, Clayton, Edithvale, as well as in the community.

For people with more complex health needs, CBCHS provides Coordinated Care. This means our team of health and wellbeing professionals work together, and in partnership with clients, to develop Care Plans that may include a mix of services and programs to support recovery and wellness.

Whether it’s a single visit, or a range of services and programs, we are here to help people live healthier, happier and independent lives.
