Central Bayside Community Health Services (CBCHS) provides a wide range of health, disability, wellbeing and social support services. These include specialist medical services, dental and allied health, nursing and counselling services, as well as aged care and disability programs.

A not-for-profit organisation funded by State and Commonwealth Governments, we offer quality, low-cost services that are available to everyone.

Based in the City of Kingston, our main site is located in Parkdale. We also offer programs and services from other venues in Chelsea, Clarinda, Mentone, Cheltenham, Clayton and Edithvale.

For people with more complex health needs, CBCHS provides Coordinated Care. This means our team of health and wellbeing professionals work together, and in partnership with clients, to develop Care Plans that may include a mix of services and programs to support recovery and wellness.

From children’s services and women’s health to counselling and physiotherapy; from Pilates and healthy cooking groups to day programs for the elderly and people with a disability – we are here to help.
