Proposal for Voluntary Amalgamation

Central Bayside Community Health Services, Connect Health & Community and Star Health propose to combine their services through a voluntarily amalgamation (VA), a decision that will see the community benefit from more integrated health and well-being outcomes and broader service delivery.

The proposed VA is based on a collective desire to improve service delivery, and by extension the health, wellbeing, and support for the broader community; create more opportunities for our staff and have a greater ability to achieve a positive social impact.
