Volunteer Opportunities
There are many volunteering opportunities at CBCHS, including:
Community Visitor Scheme Volunteers
Visit isolated residents at home or in aged care facilities through the government-funded Community Visitors Scheme. Visit the Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) page for further information on this program.
Physiotherapy Volunteers
Support clients with group exercise programs such as hydrotherapy/swimming or strength training. Visit the Physiotherapy page for further information on this program.
Support for Adults with Disability
Help clients with activities at our day programs for adults with a disability. Visit the Adult Community Options (ACO) page for further information on this program.
Social Support Group Volunteers
Assist clients with activities and outings for older people. Visit the Social Support Groups page for further information on this program.
Volunteers can choose which service they wish to participate in and can give as much or as little time as they want.
All volunteers receive training and support at CBCHS.
