Anxiety and depression are common mental health issues that can negatively impact enjoyment and satisfaction in life. The positive news is that group discussion and support can often help.

This six-week program aims to provide assistance in understanding and learning more about anxiety and depression and teaching skills such as relaxation techniques and exploring healthy life style choices. The group provides an opportunity to meet and learn from other people who share similar issues.
