Purpose of the Position

Working in the Primary Health team, the Health Data Administrator provides application support for CBCHS’ health services information systems.  This collaborative role works in consultation with the CBCHS Management team in reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of data systems, developing and delivering training to users and assisting with the development of policy and procedures for data system end users. This key position is responsible for the accurate collection, review and submission of obligatory performance data to key funding stakeholders and compliance reporting in line with service agreements.

This is permanent, part time position based at our Parkdale site.

Key Selection Criteria

About You

Your previous experience in the operation and support of client management systems will see you hit the ground running in this role. Your strong eye for detail and excellent analytical skills will assist in accurately extracting, interpreting and reporting on data. You will have exceptional communication skills that will allow you to effectively support system users with training and help desk queries. Lastly, your problem solving skills will be essential in translating business priorities and needs into technology requirements and opportunities.
