Purpose of the Position

The Client Service and Support Assistant is an integral link between facility, clinical and site services. This role supports and delivers services across client and support services such as Quality and Service Improvement and Facilities.

This is permanent position, full time or part time (0.8 EFT) can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key deliverables of this role include:

  • Provide both tactical and basic clerical support to the Facilities Manager in relation to site co-ordination and support activities;
  • Under the guidance of the Facilities Manager; ensure all supplies and equipment are inventoried, received and distributed in accordance with correct practice and evolving procedural improvements;
  • Maintain multiple storerooms across all Parkdale site and clinics, ensuring areas are clean and well organised at all times (e.g. signage, labelling, etc.);
  • Monitor, process and receive orders for stationery, environmental supplies, PPE, office equipment, kitchen and other ad hoc supplies  in a timely manner.
