Purpose of the Position

This GREAT opportunity exists to join our professional and collaborative People and Culture team, reporting to the General Manager.

Reporting to the GM, People and Culture, the People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting the People and Culture Team with exceptional administrative support in areas including learning and development, recruitment and on-boarding, quality assurance, data analysis and P&C databases and systems. The P&C Administrator will also be responsible for monitoring the P&C Advice Line to provide basic advice or triage queries to a member of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Accountability and responsibility includes:

  • providing exceptional administrative support in areas including learning and development, recruitment and on-boarding, quality assurance, data analysis and P&C databases and systems;
  • Optimising and enhancing the P&C processes ensuring contemporary people practices are in place;
  • being responsible for monitoring the P&C Advice Line to provide basic advice or triage queries to a member of the team.

 

Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated and relevant experience with developing and creating effective administrative solutions (preferably within Human Resources) and the ability to prioritize and negotiate deadlines;
  • High attention to detail and the ability to support the P&C team to deliver to dead-lines and deliverables;
  • Strong experience in planning and coordinating projects and supporting stakeholders to deliver;
  • Strong written skills and the ability to develop communication for P&C updates etc
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop reports to outlining trends in P&C metrics;
  • IT savvy and demonstrated high level of proficiency in applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Survey Monkey etc.;
  • Strong professional ethics including the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in relation to sensitive matters.
