Join our after school and weekend support programs for differently abled children aged 15+ years.

1:1 Tailor-made Support

We offer fun and educational, interest-based 1:1 support at your home, at our centres or in the community.

Our programs include a range of activities to help achieve individual goals, improve life skills, build confidence and increase independence.

They are also an effective way to start the process of transitioning children from school to NDIS funded or self-funded day programs. Tailored school transition programs can be developed to suit individual needs.

Teens Club Social and Recreational Group Program

Our Teens Club program is designed for 15-18 year olds with a range of abilities the opportunity to socialise and participate in group recreational activities either in our disability day support centre or out in the community.

This is a great opportunity to make new friends, develop social skills, learn and have fun!

What types of activities do you offer?

Our Teens Club has a range of centre-based and community activities such as:

  • Bowling
  • Movies
  • Trivia and Games
  • Mini-Golf
  • Art and Craft activities

Where is this program offered?

Our Teens Club program runs from out Cheltenham Disability Support Centre at the following days and times:

  • Thursdays 4pm-6:30pm
  • Saturdays 10am- 1pm
