Central Bayside Community Health Services implements quality frameworks to ensure an efficient and accountable service is provided to the community. Central Bayside has a number of accreditation frameworks which apply to both the overall operation of the organisation and to specific programs within the Community Health Service. These include the Quality Improvement and Community Services Accreditation (QICSA), Home and Community Care Standards (HACC), Adult Community Options, General Practice and Dental. The organisation has been accredited by QICSA until February 2007 and continues its continuous quality improvement cycle throughout this period.
