What We Offer

Disability Services

Our Adult Community Options (ACO) program provides group or individual support in centre-based and community settings – even your own home. We offer a range of stimulating and enjoyable activities and supports to meet the unique interests and goals of our clients. These include:

  • Daily Living – including cooking, communication skills and travel training
  • Health & Wellbeing – such as physical therapy, sport & fitness and hydrotherapy
  • Work & Learning – including computer training, numeracy & literacy and work skills
  • Recreation & Social Participation – including outings, volunteering and art & craft
  • As well as any other activities identified by the individual

Therapeutic Supports

Our wide range of registered NDIS wellbeing supports include:

  • Occupational Therapy – including home modification and daily living equipment
  • Physiotherapy – for mobility and pain reduction
  • Dietetics –  to help manage diet related health problems
  • Podiatry – for foot care, including orthotics
  • Counselling – for improved mental health and wellbeing
  • Adult Speech Therapy – to improve communication and help with swallowing or voice problems
  • Group Exercise Programs – for wellbeing and social connection
  • Early Childhood Early Intervention – supports for children 0-6 years

Support Coordination
