GPA Accreditation plus
Is a quality guarantee for patients and the practice GPA ACCREDITATION plus is the only general practice accreditation system accredited by JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand), an independent accreditation body for accreditation/certification organisations.
GPA is not owned or controlled by any professional group. The members of the GPA Advisory Board and Accreditation Committee are practising GPs, GP academics, past and present leaders of the profession, and community representatives. All have an intimate knowledge of General Practice, risk management and accreditation.
The accreditation process covers all areas of the standards in a systematic and logical fashion. They include:
