Aim
To help maintain and enhance the physical, intellectual, psychological, social and emotional well-being of older people and younger people with disabilities, in order to support and encourage their continued independence and participation in the community. PAG provide respite and support for Carers and to promote their own physical and mental health.
Service Description
We aim to focus on the individual needs of each consumer’s independence by providing group and communal activities outside the home. Our programs are varied and focus on the interests of our clients rather than their disabilities. We provide respite opportunities and social outlets for people from a broad range of backgrounds including people from CALD communities.
Transport is available but will need to be discussed at the initial assessment.
Referrals are accepted from families, health professionals or self and are to be directed to the Service Delivery Manager Central Bayside Community Health Services telephone 9583 6970.
