To provide services for adults who live or work in the City of Kingston.

Eligibility

  • Adults

Services provided

  • Counselling, casework
  • Group work -e.g Anxiety Education Group for adults
  • Advocacy and referral to other services- eg housing, financial, employment, education.
  • Referral to the CBCHS Alcohol and Drug Program for people experiencing issues with alcohol or other drugs. For information on this program Click Here.
  • Referral to GAMBLER’S HELP SOUTHERN which offers a range of free services, including: Counselling and financial counselling for gamblers, family members and others who are negatively affected by gambling. Education services for professional and community groups, including guest speakers, displays and information materials. Enquiries for counselling or appointments Ph: 9575 5353. To access the Counselling service contact the duty worker on weekdays by telephone 8587 0200 or in person at 3/1 The Strand Chelsea from 10 am -11:45 am or at 335 Nepean Highway Parkdale between 1 pm and 2:45 pm.
